DESIGN OF N+1° 实用生活美学设计全案°
以奶油侘寂风为基底，结合大平层的港景视野，在空间重构、材质运用与功能场景上做了深度优化，实现了 “松弛感居住” 与 “精致感生活” 的平衡。
Based on a creamy wabi-sabi aesthetic, combined with panoramic harbor views from the large apartment floor, the design has been deeply optimized in spatial reconfiguration, material selection, and functional layout, achieving a balanced harmony between "relaxed living" and "refined lifestyle."
Living room 客厅°
温柔，是整个空间的主色调。
奶白、浅木、天然石材，组合成低吟浅唱的质感美学。
客厅里，壁炉取代传统背景墙，艺术软装点缀其间，灯光缓缓流淌，卸下外界所有疲惫。
Gentleness is the dominant color throughout the entire space.
Cream white, light wood, and natural stone combine to form a gentle and melodious aesthetic texture.
In the living room, the fireplace replaces the traditional background wall, and artistic soft furnishings are scattered throughout. The lights flow slowly, relieving all the fatigue from the outside world.
全屋运用无主灯设计，线性灯、漫射光源结合壁炉氛围灯，光影层次柔和细腻。
The entire house adopts a design without main lighting fixtures. Linear lights, diffused light sources, combined with the fireplace ambiance lights, create a soft and delicate layering of light and shadow.
模块化组合沙发围合出舒适的交流区域，异形石质茶几、艺术地毯与藤编软装相互点缀，天然材质交织出侘寂独有的肌理美感。
The modular combination sofa creates a comfortable communication area. The irregular stone coffee table, artistic carpet and rattan soft furnishings complement each other, and the natural materials interweave to create the unique texture beauty of wabi-sabi.
Dining room 餐厅°
餐厅三餐四季的烟火，
与休闲小聚的欢愉，
在此温柔相逢。
The colorful scenes of the restaurant during breakfast,
lunch and dinner throughout the four seasons,
as well as the joyous gatherings for leisure, all come together in a gentle harmony here.
浅木色定制橱柜搭配天然奢石饰面，集收纳、备餐、展示功能于一体。中央岛台兼具操作台面与休闲吧台属性，适配日常用餐、简餐制作与轻社交场景。
The light wood custom cabinets are paired with natural luxury stone finishes, integrating functions of storage, meal preparation, and display. The central island counter serves as both an operation counter and a casual bar, suitable for daily dining, simple meal preparation, and light social gatherings.
Master bedroom 主卧°
主卧延续全屋低饱和奶油基调，营造静谧治愈的睡眠氛围。浅米色墙面搭配实木地板，软包卧床搭配亚麻布艺床品，触感柔和、视觉素雅。
The master bedroom maintains the low-saturation cream tone throughout the entire house, creating a serene and soothing sleeping environment. The light beige walls are complemented by wooden floors, and the upholstered bed is paired with linen bedding, providing a soft touch and a simple, elegant visual appeal.
空间搭配原木斗柜、长凳与艺术吊灯，侘寂元素贯穿细节，褪去繁杂装饰。整体布局私密且通透，隔绝外界喧嚣，打造出如同度假居所般的安逸休憩空间，兼顾舒适感与品质感。
The space is complemented by wooden chests, benches and artistic chandeliers. Wabi-sabi elements are integrated into every detail, eliminating excessive decorations. The overall layout is private yet transparent, isolating from the outside noise and creating an idyllic and comfortable resting space reminiscent of a vacation home, balancing comfort and quality.
衣帽间整体以米杏色肤感柜门为主调，搭配细腻的仿皮纹理与纤细的黑色金属收边，弱化柜体的厚重感，线条干净利落。
The dressing room is mainly decorated with beige-toned cabinet doors. It is complemented by delicate leather texture and slender black metal edging, which reduces the heaviness of the cabinet and makes the lines neat and smooth.
Multi-functional room 多功能房°
百叶窗滤过的自然光，在墙面与地面投下细碎的光影，
搭配贝壳吊灯的柔光，让整个空间充满治愈感。
天花板的法式雕花吊顶，呼应着柜体的弧形线条，
轻法式的浪漫细节，让空间在简约中多了几分优雅质感。
The natural light filtered through the blinds casts fine shadows on the walls and the floor.
Combined with the soft light of the shell pendant lamp, the entire space is filled with a sense of comfort.
The French-style carved ceiling on the ceiling echoes the curved lines of the cabinets,
The light and delicate French-style details add a touch of elegance to the space, making it more refined in simplicity.
Fitness room 健身房°
健身区回归全屋极简原木 + 奶白的主风格，视觉干净清爽。墙面整面镜面延伸空间视觉，搭配可折叠健身器材，兼顾运动功能与整洁收纳，避免器材杂乱。
The fitness area has returned to a minimalist style with all-wood elements and a creamy white main color. The visual effect is clean and refreshing. The entire wall is a mirror surface, extending the visual space. It is equipped with foldable fitness equipment, which combines both exercise functionality and neat storage, avoiding the clutter of equipment.
Work room 工作室°
电竞房打造为暗黑科技风格，形成鲜明的空间反差。深色墙面与哑光地面奠定冷冽基调，搭配氛围灯带、线性照明与墙面洞洞板收纳，功能性与氛围感拉满。
The gaming room is designed in a dark-tech style, creating a stark contrast in the space. The dark walls and matte floor set a cold tone, complemented by ambient lighting strips, linear lighting, and wall hole board storage, fully enhancing both functionality and atmosphere.
This small corner of space is a haven for love. Let go of the trivialities and immerse yourself in the exclusive pleasures. It is quite different from the gentle atmosphere of the living room, yet it is also the truest portrayal of life.
